Good Morning World. I am checking in with a 77 (4.0) blood sugar and a wt. loss of 5 lbs. (2.26 kg) It feels good to know I'm back on track again. I love LCHF. I am trying to get better rest, as sleep deprivation has a negative effect on the old brain (brainfog). I've already noticed positive change. We have a lot of snow on the ground and the wind has quit blowing so I may actually try to get outside today. I'm not good at logging my food, but I will keep trying. It is a Happy New Year!
199.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well done, Marie. I hope you're sleeping better now. I find it can be difficult when the days are short and gloomy, as I never really quite wake up, and then don't sleep well at night. It's good to get outside of you can. It may also be with trying your thyroid checked. Mine was low, and I've been much better since I started taking thyroxine. All the best to you.
