I cheated badly last night...so I came home and took my diet pill....mistake!!!! Don't do it folks. I overestimated my caloric intake and lost way too much weight. Slow and steady...
216.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
