I stopped eating process sugars on Sunday 1/8/12 and red meat. I've had a couple miscellaneous things like 2 graham crackers and mango salsa, but I've managed to stick with it for a week now. I'm going to give up bread this coming week.
289.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 139.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.7 lb a week
