Okay, this isn't a big loss, but it's the first time in a few days that the scale has moved at all... so yeah, I'm going to record it. I fell back a few days when my phone started acting up and I couldn't use it to record food right away, but I tried to go back and record what I could remember. Back on today since I'm around the computer.

The eating natural thing is going well, haven't had too many processed things but, we have to finish up what we have in the fridge before we just, buy new things - like the last of the margarine and some frozen meals, etc. So, once all that kind of food is gone, we'll be able to move foward.

Stressed about money, it gets tight between paychecks, my bf just got a new contract this month so, we're trying to get back on track with his new stuff, by Feb we should be just fine, but it's rocky this month. We did good over Xmas though, didn't use a credit card ONCE the entire month. I'm trying not to less stress dictate my eating. Since it's more whole foods, and requires more prep work to eat, I seem to eat less. I guess "quick snacks" aren't the best option to have in the house...

Feels like a lazy Saturday. Still hitting my steps each day. Gotta get better about recording them on here, I have been lax about recording my exercise on here because I feel good hitting my steps each day and usually it's 30+ minutes of aerobic steps and then 4 days a week I do a Wii Workout, so, I feel like I'm being pretty active and don't need to record like, "sitting", "driving", etc...
138.7 lb Lost so far: 41.3 lb.    Still to go: 3.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know how stressful money can be, that is no stranger to me! Weekends tend to be the hardest money and diet wise because my signifigant other always wants to go out to eat. I find that cooking more usually helps but I don't always have the time or energy. It's aweseome that your eating natural I always want to do that but latelt just can't find the motivation.
