Not bad for Restaurant Week AND my office holiday party of gluttony. Tried to rein myself in and balance gluttonous dinners with small breakfasts and lunches.

Excited to see what results I can achieve without the crazy dinners!
153.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
