I got off track for some time but decided to return to watching my diet and especially exercise. I'm now seriously working out 4-5 times a week. I also include walking at least 3 times a week. I'm also changing my eating habits by including beans and lentils and avoiding refined sugars.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.1 lb a week
