Well, I had gained three lbs while on vacation and since I have been doing this whole thing on my own, but I did take off like at the beginning and I lost three lbs. I am motivated and I won't let anything get in the way this time. Thanksgiving might be really hard but I can do it. I have ate all of my foods the past two days and plan on doing good over the weekend. If there is anyone else on their own, it is so much harder, esp if you have to weigh yourself at home. It makes you feel like you are crazy weighing yourself all the time.
176.2 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

At the center they told me to just have a little taste of everything at the Thanksgiving meal, that way I won't feel deprived. You are not crazy. I weigh myself every morning. That way I know where I am at and can watch out not to eat too heavy that day if I need to. Also whether I need to drink extra water or hot lemon juice. Remember while you think you are doing this alone, we are here and we are in it with you. You can do this sis! Focus on why you are doing this, it will help!!!

I am also doing it alone (W/out a center), So I undestand how you are feeling. I actually like being on my own, because that way, if I mess up, or make a "bad choice" I don't have to get the guilt trips from the Counselors. Also, I don't miss being pushed into all kinds of products. Like you, I do weigh myself every morning. Take Heart, You have already lost 11 pounds and are doing super awesome!!! .
