back on track, but taking an extra day off this week from the gym feeling a bit worn down after midnights.
235.2 lb Lost so far: 97.8 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hear you! Last night I was to go to the gym and knock out 3 miles on the treadmill and life just happened (church meeting at 7p - 8:30p, and visited with my mom 8:45pm - 11:15pm) - so I gave myself a rest day. It's probably the best decision this week, as I'm fighting either a nagging cold or allergies. Not sure which. Looking forward to working out either later tonight or doubling/tripling up tomorrow to get current! Cross Training today (or tomorrow) and then 8 miles on the bike tomorrow (or walk it or split it up). Should be back on track then. As long as I get the miles and cross training in - no matter what day I get it done (as long as it is by Sunday) - I'm good. ;0)
