So it begins. I have officially hit the weight I said I wouldn't. I have 15 pounds to lose and realistically it should take about 7 to 8 weeks. Hopefully, I can knock it off a little faster. Figuring out my macros and am going to have to have some willpower. Here I go.
160.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
