Ate a lot better this week. I got my work out in Mon thru Thurs. I still average 30 to 45 minutes...goal next week is to get a full hour in Every day except 1 day for rest. I love my running, but I need to do some other cardio to work some other muscles. Keep up the good work girl!!!
