Yesterday I only had about 2,600 calories. That's 1,000 less than my RDI and I felt pretty good. I was hungry at the end of the day but I drank some water and felt better. That is wonderful, I know that I can make it through an entire TKD class in which we work pretty hard and still not eat more than 3,000 calories. Weight loss here we come!
292.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
