I am very frustrated with my weigh in to say the least! Before starting FatSecret I had an Excel spreadsheet to track calories and exercise. I was doing great except for about 2 days in the last 2 weeks. I was feeling "thin" and was so excited to weigh in... up 1 pound? Argh!
