No gym since last Monday; snowed in. So getting my exercise shoveling and trudging through snow. Trudged two miles yesterday to get Christmas tree. A bit more snow last night, but hope to get to the gym today.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
