Stuck to salad all day pretty much. Ordered my juicer so cleanse will be happening soon. I need to stop eating cheese. That is not something I'm looking forward to.
168.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
