Pouring rain here in Vancouver BC....The "Goodie Table" that always follows the Sunday Church Service is a hard table to stay away from...I was NOT successful today after having 2 very clean eating days. Still only up by 1.5 pounds. It has been 4 years this month that I decided to get healthy, slim and toned. Still there...but December is a killer month. I keep reminding myself that I started on this month and succeeded. Think I will go to the gym and ride the Elliptical for 30 minutes.

I should maybe add that I started out weighing 150 pounds On Dec. 1, 2012. That was day one but I joined here later when my weight was already at goal. I am so glad I discovered this site and it helps me with maintanence and I LOVE to read people comments and how they are doing with this journey. Wishing everyone a strong day!
