Yesterday was a good day although I weighed in at 296, I stepped on the scape during the middle of the day and had just eaten so it was a little inflated. That is why I did not record that one. I got a good calculation for my RDI of 3600 calories per day. It was based on my age, height, weight, and activity level. In addition it asked if I was interested in loosing weight and the amont per week I wished to loose. This is a good amount of calories and I know I can stay beneath that total by a small amount. Man I like this program.
