Wow. Something has got to change. I'm really unhappy with my weight, which affects everythign else in my life.
170.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

My weight 173.8 lb .... Lost so far 5.8lb.... and 33.8lb to go. I have been following my diet to the letter, but it is coming off slowly. I'm also taking Alli. Good luck.
