It wasn't a perfect week, by far, but it was better. So, I'll keep trying to make better choices! :)

You go girl! Today I decided not to have chocolates and everyone at work was like -"What's wrong with you?" - I hate that I use to be able to eat anything and now I feel like I eat EVERYTHING... even if i just look at it... first day in a while that I exercised. felt good. :) you are doing great jules.. i need someone to kick my butt.
