Thanksgiving was actually helpful for this weigh-in. I was up as high as 134 right before the holiday, but turkey and lots of veggies gave me a lift. I feel good, but I don't want to lose my free Weight Watchers tools just because I let myself slide after the active lifestyle of summer ended.
