i really did badly this weekend. I did worse than badly, i did horrible...i ate pizza, wings, drank beer, liquor, champagne....My scale is paying for it..The worse part is that I haven't exercised in 3 days...The good part is that I knew this weekend was going to be a destroyer, so I am not going to be so hard on myself. I feel confident I can reach below 129 again before T-giving and then maybe 120 by Christmas... PLUS, it helps that everyone that was in town for the big game came up to me and told me how great I looked. The compliments from the ones that don't see me everyday are the greatest!!! Hope everyone did better than me....Sorry BLACK TEAM, but I really let you down this weigh-in!!!
