I am excited to lose this heavy burden. I weigh more than I ever have and it is affecting my health. I also am running out of clothes to wear. I refuse to buy bigger.

It feels good to get back on track and starting taking care of yourself. I know the feeling of being at the top of scale. Hang in there, start cooking for yourself, eating healthy meals and getting good nutrients. You can do it and this website is a great place to start! :) Cheers!

Robin I'm right there with you... Biggest I have ever been. It's depressing. I've been on the atkins a week now and lost 8 lbs (yay me). As for health.. I hear ya, knee bother me now n then out of breath/energy easily. As for clothes... dont even wanna go there lol Even more depressing. Remember all of us are here for the same reason. I think the 3rd n 4th day were the hardest for me...one day at a time!!!!! I'm already starting to feel better and havent had any real cravings. Its exciting. Wish u the best of luck.. You CAN do this!! :)
