Well I can't say that I did very well on my diet or exercise this week, I started out great but....My grandson was born yesterday!!! Yayyy I'm so excited I just couldn't worry about what I was eating. He is just beautiful!!
While I'm here I might as well confess, thursday I had a slice of pepperoni pizza and today I spent all day with my daughter and grandson at the hospital and my other daughter brought me Mcdonalds...I could have said no thanks, but I didn't I ate it. I don't really feel bad about it, I know it was stupid and I have to get back on track which I will do right now, no I won't I am going out to celebrate! I'll get back on track tomorrow and hopefully this didn't set me back to far.
But on a positive I did lose a pound, well 8 oz ( had lost .02 oz earlier in the week) Next week I'll be stronger!!
