Had a couple of sloppy days these past two weeks. Been cooking for church and like to taste my handiwork too much. Plus, it's hard to get back on the calorie-count regimen after a month off. But it seems to be paying off. Actual weight is a tad under 220, but I will save that for a little boost at the end of this month (TurkeyDay, natch).
Neighbor lady says to me the other day: "Are you STILL on that diet?" Most people just can't understand that "that diet" is going to be my regular eating pattern for most of the rest of my life. In a year or two, I will be able to add a few calories per meal, but there will be no more gorging.
I feel better, and I like that. Good luck and "Thank You!" to everyone making this trip to good health with me.
