The Official Results are in! Actually counting and recording caloric intake make a significant difference. After a sloppy October, paying careful attention to my diet got me back on track. Hard to imagine actually losing weight (2 lbs) through the Thanksgiving holiday, but lose it I did, thanks to being precisely aware of how much I was taking in.
So I think I will keep this up for another holiday month.
