slowly getting back on track
197.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 32.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2167 kcal Fat: 111.91g | Prot: 117.50g | Carb: 176.00g.   Breakfast: Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, Dairyland Creamo Half & Half, Raisins (Seedless), Date, Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oats, Grapefruit (Pink and Red and White), Coffee. Lunch: Lindt Intense Mint Dark Chocolate, Primo Roasted Chicken & Noodle Soup, Stuffed Pepper with Rice and Meat. Dinner: Raspberries, Kozy Shack No Sugar Added Rice Pudding, Cooked Turnip, Green Giant Cream Style Corn, Baked Beans, Pork Steak or Cutlet. Snacks/Other: Pork Sausage (Cooked), Sauerkraut (Low Sodium, Canned), Watermelon. more...
