Disappointed in the loss because I thought I had done so much better but any loss is better than a gain. Joined the gym last week, was getting really tired of the treadmill in my garage but am loving the elliptical at the gym. Hopefully this week will be better my goal is to at least lose 20lbs before Christmas if I can do more I'm okay with it. Finals week is coming up to so lets see how this goes. At least my job lets me study! Have a great day everyone!
194.8 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 64.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
