It's been hard! I'm so used to drinking 3 cokes a day, so I have limited myself to them to one only! I drink my choice of soda on Saturday =)
153.0 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
