Yay!!

145.0 lb Lost so far: 138.0 lb. Still to go: 10.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 1.2 lb a week

I turned BLUE today 💕💕💕 Was going to change my goal weight to a lower numver but decided to hold off and savor the blue. Lol
