Yikes !!!! Fresh start blow out over .log everything and leave chocolate alone .I haven't the will power to just gave a couple of pieces
189.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1368 kcal Fat: 71.30g | Prot: 64.57g | Carb: 114.20g.   Breakfast: Greggs Sausage Rolls. Lunch: Bisto Original Gravy, Aldi Pork Sausages, Mashed Potato. Dinner: Sliced Ham (Extra Lean), Aldi Baked Beans, Hard-Boiled Egg. Snacks/Other: Californian Seedless Raisins, 100% Wholegrain Rolled Oats, Smooth Peanut Butter, Original Salted Peanuts, Honey, Bananas, Olive Oil. more...
gaining 2.6 lb a week

I used to have that issue with stuff like popcorn, crisps, and pasta...sometimes it's good to leave them out for awhile, if they're giving you a hard time. A little chocolate isn't so bad, but when 100g of it is over 500 cals usually, it's SO easy to overdo it! If you have a food scale, it can be a real eye-opener with those calorie dense foods. Stay strong!
