Well today has been a pretty good day! I'm trying to make up for the feast I had yesterday!! wonk wonk!!lol Well I bought a scale last night and its been a week since I weighed myself and I wasnt planning on seeing my results til I went back to DR's 2 weeks from now, but I was curious?? and wall-la! I lost 5lbs! Lets just hope I lose or maintain that by next wednesday.... hopefully the food I ate last night was not 5lbs worth thats gonna creep up on me soon! Well Im glad I weighed myself! It gave me a boost of motivation! So now Im back up again!!

p.s. Im following the WW diet but I am doing more of the diet my Dr referred me to. She says you wanna eat more fiber than fat if at all possible. So high fiber low fat. She says dont think because you eat an apple that it will clean out the cheese crisp you ate earlier in the day either, you would have to consume at least 30 grams of fiber and less fat grams in order for this to assist with weight loss. She says fiber is a brillo pad to clean out the fat you consume! An so far Im diggin it! *just a note*
255.1 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 95.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
