I'm noticing the "SHOCK" Weight Loss has leveled off, and I'm not making really significant weight loss's anymore. I'm losing just over a pound a week now, which isn't all that bad - but I just want to hit my Target Weight As Soon As Possible!
-SLOW and STEADY will Win the Race!
206.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
