I'm noticing the "SHOCK" Weight Loss has leveled off, and I'm not making really significant weight loss's anymore. I'm losing just over a pound a week now, which isn't all that bad - but I just want to hit my Target Weight As Soon As Possible! -SLOW and STEADY will Win the Race!
