I'm glad I didn't totally ruin progress over the holidays (or over the past couple months when I got a little off-track regarding calorie counting/healthier eating). Had I been more diligent I'm sure I would be less than 175.4 today. However, since my last "official" weigh-in (back in late August...) was 178.4 I'll still be happy with the overall loss. Excited to be back on track and looking forward to more progress!
175.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 45.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
