After all the up's and down's, I think it's about time to get back into the groove. So I signed up for 24 Hour fitness today with one of those Costco membership. It was painless to sign up and I started my old regimen today. Was about to do 45 min of cardio and more than a half hour of anaerobic (biceps, back, and abs). I will be going tomorrow too and hopefully manage my stress level.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
