Second week at 143 (forgot to update after I weighed last week). I'm definitely building muscle, I can tell by my physique and increased run distances with shorter mins/mile. All my fitness tracking is on my Fitbit app now. Much easier to track and has definitely made a difference in my fitness journey. Training for a better time for the 5K Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving. Did good all this week. Even turned down McDonald's for my protein shake. Willpower! Tonight is our Halloween party. I'm gonna not ruin the whole day and stick to healthy stuff til party time. Then in moderation. Two pieces of pizza for dinner and a cupcake should fill out my carbs/Cals to just the right amount.
143.0 lb Lost so far: 75.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
