Began daily 30 min. workouts on Dec. 26th but did not work out Dec 31st or Jan 1st. Today was a "fat burn" cycle on the elliptical. Today was the first day that I felt like I could really power through the full 30 minutes since I began! Can't wait to get back into kayaking next spring. My overall goal is to drop 30 pounds prior to heading back out on the water.
