So my original weight was an estimate of what I had previously weighed. I have been watching my diet for the past few days and my latest weight was as of today at 1pm. Its possible that I have already shed a few pounds but I will think of my current weight as my starting point.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 02 February 2010:
1873 kcal Fat: 59.41g | Prot: 58.81g | Carb: 293.85g.   Breakfast: French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Ritz Snack Crackers, Gala Apple (Medium). Lunch: Gala Apple (Medium), Ritz Snack Crackers, Chocolate Pudding Cups, Lemon Herb Chicken Piccata. Dinner: Parmesan Garlic Bread, Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce and Meatballs. Snacks/Other: Trail Mix with Chocolate Chips, Salted Nuts and Seeds, Low Fat Ice Cream Sandwiches - Vanilla, Light Fat Free Blueberry Patch Yogurt. more...
