I have been working on my fat secret ap at night like playing a game. I am planning my meals for the next day. The challenge is to get my calories at or under 1,700. Then have 50% of my calories from protein, 40% from carbs, and 10% from fat. I am making changes to grocery shopping habits too. This has been fun and it is paying off!!! I was at 180 this time last year. I was able to get to the 165-170 range but bounced back and forth for months. Most interuptions were from schedule conflicts and giving in to "lets go to lunch".

NO more eating out and no more sodas has helped tremendously.

The energy I use to rely on from the caffiene in sodas I am finding in the high protein stuff...lovin' it.
163.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
