puzzled over the uptick. when I weighed at home, I measured 170+. Expected to be around 173, not 174.2.
Yesterday was close to perfect, which makes it even more puzzling why I did not see a downward trend. Proves the point that I need complete discipline over the weekend.

Losing weight isn't an exact science. Many other things factor in to our losses besides what you are eating. Your water weight can fluctuate constantly because of too much sodium, sickness, medicine, sore muscles, etc. You can have weeks of overeating and having a loss and weeks where you under eat and gain. Google "why the scale lies" for some insight in to water weight fluctuations. Consistency is very important to weight loss. Just stay on plan and don't worry about small fluctuations so much.
