Weighed in before my morning wash as usual - trying to keep it consistent.
Very glad to have lost another pound despite the Christmas cake last night. I can only assume that the long waking hours help me to burn off the calories instead of me being asleep..
However, I realise that daily weight loss/gain isn't a great indicator - it's the trend that matters.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
