I am feeling 100% better. Working out almost every day and my husband has been joining in. Except like most men, he is trying to gain weight while I try to lose it!

I have worried about getting enough calories. Since I started the diet I have been less hungry but eating much healthier food and I strugle to get my 1200 calories per day. For the past 3 days ( over the weekend) I only averaged about 850 calories per day.

So my goal this week is to make sure I stay as close to the 1200 as possible.

155.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.0 lb a week
