After I ate asparagus on Sunday, I had a small amount of gas.

Last night I had ab out 2 cups of popcorn to see if that gas me gas. Sure enough 15 minutes later I had gas.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well it seems like the corn doesnt work well on you - try a different kind of nut to nibble on during the evenings . I find yogurt pretty good .

I can't eat cow dairy products so I stay away from yogurt. I have been snacking on pecans and almonds. They seem to work well.

MM i eat peanuts. almonds are better less in fat .As long as its protein go for it and always check the fats ... keep them low as well as the carbs .. Sometimes i go for a can of tuna in brine lolol but thats me .
