Seem to be going in the wrong direction. Time to rededicate (again). "If at first you don't succeed, try, try again." (or try, try, try, try .....)
221.3 lb Lost so far: 19.7 lb.    Still to go: 22.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
