I started off on the wrong foot...I was totally disappointed in myself. I ate two pieces of pizza New Years Day.(Day one of the challenge) Don't beat myself up? No, Let me beat myself up...maybe next time I won't say "oh, just this once" I GAINED 3 pounds from doing that! I was about to enter into the next set of 10's on the scale! And I blew it! So I spend week one getting back to where I WAS!! I'm gonna go drink....some water!!!!!
