Hmm, didn't eat badly, even over Thanksgiving. But I have been feeling bloated, and I'm retaining water (edema in my left foot again), so I'm hoping that's a water & muscle weight addition. *fingers crossed*
196.4 lb Lost so far: 85.2 lb.    Still to go: 56.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
