Day 3 went very well, but quite hard work. Hoping day 4 is a bit easier, but some nice things planned for meals so will look forward to that.

Inspired by someone's post on FB this morning to jump in the treadmill instead of lying in bed. Well chuffed - thanks!!!
132.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
