Well, after an awful winter of unemployment and depression, I am back to lose weight and get healthy. Sometimes I think my only joy comes from food and eating. I need to change that.
I set up my Wii again and have a plan to spend 1 hour a day playing something on it. I also want to read for an hour and spend 1 hour playing the piano.
I have cleaned off part of the dining room table and I really am in the mood to be cooking better food and celebrating dinner time with my newly re-employed husband.
