yeah so i went off of the diet this week right after i saw the results i ended up falling off. and i had training for work this week and there was no place to eat but out and point blank i knew what i was doing when i didn't order a salad a yada yada. i'm mad at myself but apparently not enough to stop messing up. also i weighted in tonight after eating all day so i'm going to reweigh tomorrow morning and see whats up.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 9.0 lb a week

I know it is hard to stick to, especially at first but it all comes down to what you really want. If you really want to lose the weight you can! You just need to pack a little cooler in the morning so you don't have to eat out and take a 1/2 hour brisk walk during lunch or after work. You CAN do this:)

Dust yourself off and start fresh. Trying to stay focused and lose weight is hard work, but you can do it. Let me know if you need help.

Hi Buddy! Trying to eat when you're training at work is really hard. Just pick up where you left off and do it again. Don't beat yourself up too much, you can do this!

Your goal is ahead of you, not behind. So, let go of yesterday and head into today! Focus on the goal and move forward! It is a series of steps to get there, with maybe one or two mis-steps. What is important is that you get back on the path and keep heading toward your destination! You can do it!
