Slow and steady. And a pretty good week so far. Broke down and had some RedHots and a KitKat yesterday. Suprisingly, I didn't feel as guilty as I expected. But I was good the rest of the day, and got in 15 min. more cardio, so I feel pretty good. I am building muscle, which is great, so now I feel more toned and less "jiggly". Still no where near done on that front, but I am starting to see a little muscle. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE! YAY! :)
