I switched from the fat burn setting to the cardio setting on the elliptical at the gym and it seems to be helping me get back on track with losing the weight again. Plus since I've been back to work I've been drinking a lot more water lately to keep myself awake in training and I think that's helping as well. We had a potluck on Friday at my new job and I was very proud of how well I was able to moderate myself. It helped that the night before I looked everything up that people said they were going to bring so that I could have a rough idea of what I could have and in what size portion. I even indulged in the desserts but only in very small servings so I didn't ruin my diet for the day.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
