yeah! shedding lbs with minimal exercise, vigilant attn to caloric intake. Haven't been perfect by any means, but paying mind to what I put in my mouth and being accountable is making a difference. tomorrow we start P90X..(gulp).
159.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
